Remember to Reserve a Seat for Mass

We are looking forward to seeing one another at St. Paul’s soon.  Like many other parishes, we have a new procedure in place that you would follow to allow for your participation at Mass.  (Please remember that those over 65 years old and those who have any underlying medical concerns are advised not to come to Mass at this time.  If you are sick in any way, you cannot come to Mass.)

Social distancing requires the cordoning of pews and seats; with these new limits, we can welcome 120 people to each Mass.

So that we might do this fairly and in an orderly fashion, anyone coming to Mass must first register online and bring the registration ticket/verification that you would secure. Without this proof of registration (and a face mask!), I am afraid you would not be allowed to enter the church for Mass.

Those who presently live in one household or share car rides together may sit more closely together.  You would be asked to register one place for every two persons.

The process to register is easy. Please go to:

Sunday 7:30 AM

Sunday 9:30 AM

Sunday 11:00 AM

Saturday Vigil 5:00 PM (begins June 6)

If an online process is not possible for you, please contact Nancy at 617.491.8400 x 303, and she will register you for a Mass if there is a place that is available.

I know that this is a difficult shift in practice, but as in all things these days, we are going forward with approaches that are reverent, well-considered, and safe.

Be sure to see my “Welcome Back to St. Paul’s” video.

With prayers,
Fr. Kelly
