Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an umbrella term for certain methods used to achieve or avoid pregnancy based on the observation and interpretation of naturally occurring biological markers. At St. Paul’s, a practitioner teaches fertility care and a natural family planning method which has proved to be highly effective in achieving or avoiding pregnancy. Open to all women and married couples, instruction also offers couples experiencing infertility the hope of achieving pregnancy within the guidelines of the church.
